Program description

Dream Charge may send text messages related to your EV charging or solar inquiry or project, including scheduling, follow-up on your evaluation request, account or service notices, and, only if you separately opt in, promotional messages.

Consent

You consent to receive text messages from Dream Charge by checking the SMS consent box on our evaluation form, or by texting a keyword such as START to our number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Submitting an evaluation request without checking the SMS box does not opt you in to text messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You can opt back in by replying START or by submitting a new consent.

Privacy

Mobile information collected for text messaging will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers and consent records are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
