It depends on room count, parking layout, electrical capacity and expected EV share of guests. Many properties start with two to four Level 2 ports designed so more can be added later.
Do I have to charge guests for electricity?
No. Some hotels include charging as an amenity, others price per session or per kWh, and some use both for guests and public drivers. We compare the options for your market.
Can a hotel offer solar and EV charging together?
Yes. Evaluating them together can improve project economics, especially where solar offsets daytime loads and charging runs mostly overnight.
Will this guarantee more bookings?
No one can guarantee bookings. What charging does is remove a reason for an EV driver to pick another property and add a visible amenity to your listing.
