Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Dream Charge ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit dreamcharge.net, request a property evaluation, or otherwise interact with our services, sales and marketing. It replaces the version dated March 11, 2024. Questions can be sent to info@dreamcharge.net.
Information we collect
Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, property or business name, property address or ZIP code, property details (such as room count, parking spaces, utility and estimated energy costs), service interests, financing preferences, messages, and any documents you choose to upload (such as utility bills). Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, referring pages and campaign parameters, collected through server logs and analytics tools.
How we use information
To respond to your evaluation request and contact you about EV charging, solar and funding options; to research incentive programs relevant to your property; to send transactional messages (such as a confirmation of your request); to send marketing communications where you have consented; to operate, secure and improve the website; to comply with legal obligations; and to enforce our terms. We rely on your consent, our legitimate business interests, performance of a contract, or legal obligations, as applicable.
How we share information
With service providers that help us operate the website and our business (hosting, database, email delivery, analytics and CRM providers) under contractual confidentiality obligations; with installation, equipment, financing and program partners when needed to evaluate or deliver a project for you; when required by law, legal process or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, to maintain business records and as required by law. Lead records are retained while we have an ongoing relationship or legitimate business need, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
