EV CHARGING SOLUTIONS

Put Your Parking Lot to Work.

From overnight hotel charging to public-facing stations, we help you choose the right equipment, hosting model and pricing for your property.

CHARGER OPTIONS + FINANCING

Charge Faster. Stay Longer. Save Smarter.

We place, lease and arrange financing for qualifying commercial EV charging installations. For hotels along the interstate, DC fast charging is our premium first choice for drivers who need a quick, dependable recharge. Level 2 serves the overnight guest, and our featured EV + Solar Power Bundle pairs charging revenue potential with a pathway to lower electricity costs.

BUY, LEASE OR BUNDLE

We help make the numbers work.

Dream Charge evaluates equipment ownership, energy contracts and third-party arrangements against your property’s site economics — not a one-size-fits-all promise.

01

Solar PPA + EV Financing

Our preferred bundled approach when a site qualifies: a third-party solar PPA for electricity, paired with EV charging equipment financing, leasing or an approved combined energy-services structure. A standard solar PPA does not automatically finance the chargers.

02

EV Charger Lease or Purchase

Install DC fast or Level 2 chargers through eligible lease, purchase or project-financing options. Compare equipment payments against charging demand, utility tariffs, service, network fees and ongoing maintenance.

Limited Host Placement

Fully funded third-party placement may be considered at select high-traffic properties with strong corridor visibility, electrical access and verified utilization. Standalone free placement is limited and never guaranteed.

OUR FIRST RECOMMENDATION

See whether your hotel qualifies for fast charging + solar.

One evaluation looks at the charging opportunity, utility capacity, PPA feasibility, leasing options and currently open state or utility incentives. Eligible financing may reduce upfront capital needs; no-cost outcomes require written approval.

Check My Hotel’s Options

¹ Charger power and charging speed vary by vehicle, state of charge, weather and network conditions. Sources: U.S. DOE charging-speed estimates and U.S. DOT charger types. ² Financing and incentives require project-specific underwriting, utility approval and legal eligibility. A solar PPA covers purchased solar electricity; EV charging equipment financing may be separate. The federal Section 30C credit ended for property placed in service after June 30, 2026. State and utility programs may remain available, but a solar + EV bundle does not automatically increase incentive eligibility or allow double-dipping. WHY THIS MATTERS

Charging should fit your business.

The right station is the one that matches how long drivers stay, how much power your site can deliver and what you want the amenity to do for you.

One more reason to choose you

EV drivers plan trips around where they can charge. Be the place that makes that decision easy.

Earn while they sleep

Session pricing or revenue share, sized to your real demand and written into terms you understand.

Shrink the power bill

Solar sized to the loads you actually run — HVAC, laundry, pool, kitchen and lights.

We handle the details

Evaluation, engineering, funding, installation and service. One partner, one plan, no runaround.

WHAT WE EVALUATE

Every detail that decides whether charging works for you.

A good charging project is mostly decided before the first station arrives. These are the questions we answer with you.

01

Level 2 vs. DC fast charging

Level 2 (typically 7–19 kW) suits stays of two or more hours. DC fast charging (50 kW and up) suits short stops but needs far more power and investment.

02

Supported connectors

Stations are specified for the connectors drivers use today, including NACS and J1772/CCS, so the amenity serves the whole market.

03

Access & pricing

Guests-only, public or mixed access; per-kWh, per-hour or flat session pricing; idle fees and loyalty rules.

04

Operating agreements

Owned, hosted or revenue-share structures, with clear terms for uptime, service, pricing control and term length.

05

Payments & reporting

App, card or RFID payments, automatic payouts and reporting on sessions, energy and revenue.

06

Infrastructure upgrades

Panel capacity, transformer and utility service upgrades, trenching and make-ready work, with incentives often targeting these costs.

07

ADA / accessibility

Accessible stall and station placement is reviewed against current federal and local guidance as part of site design.

08

Support & uptime

Monitoring, service response commitments and warranty handling are written into the agreement, not assumed.

09

Site suitability

Parking layout, cable reach, lighting, signage and future expansion are all mapped before equipment is chosen.

LOCATION MATTERS

Grants, rebates and incentives are never one-size-fits-all.

We start with the details that actually determine program eligibility: property type, location, charger access, technology, utility service and timing.

Explore Funding Opportunities

Federal, state and utility incentives change; no funding or project savings are guaranteed.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s Make This Simple.

Straight answers, practical next steps and no assumptions about funding or savings.

Ask about my property
What is the difference between Level 2 and DC fast charging?

Level 2 charges at roughly 7–19 kW and is ideal where cars sit for hours. DC fast charging delivers 50 kW or more for short stops, but costs considerably more and typically requires significant utility upgrades.

Will every charger work with every car?

Modern stations can be specified with the connectors drivers use today, including NACS and J1772/CCS. We confirm connector mix during design.

Can the public use hotel chargers?

That is your choice. Public access can increase utilization and may be required by some incentive programs; guest-only access keeps stalls available for your customers.

Who maintains the stations?

It depends on the operating agreement. Hosted models usually include service; owned models can include a service plan. Either way, responsibilities are written down before installation.
